At Roopkala, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all designer tags and packaging preserved for the pickup process.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a physical acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
